Return & Refunds​

Return Policy: We always try our hardest when it is about supplying the best goods, especially according to the expectations online. Though very rarely, a product may not deliver in the most expected manner. In such cases, we are willing to resolve issues related to the purchase as long as it is informed to us maximum within 24 Hours from the day of Delivery; so we can provide you a return. In this scenario, the carrying cost must be paid by the customer. For the return to take place, the following criterion(s) need to be acknowledged :

1. It would only be qualified as a return product if the product is incorrect / mismatch of size or color / has major defects / damaged during the shipment.

2. The consumer must send a picture of the problem and describe it.

3. The consumer must send a recorded video of the product unboxing to avail return facility.

4. The consumer must send / bring the original receipt of the purchase.

4. All original price tags & labels must be attached.

5. Products that have been used cannot be returned.

6. When the product arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately so that an exchange can be arranged for your appropriate claims depending on the availability of the product and other impacting conditions.

7. An already that has already been shipped cannot hereafter be canceled. If such an order is refused, then the standard return policy conditions shall apply.

Refund Policy: No refund policy on sold items. We will suggest you to check the product in front of the delivery man. If you had any issues regarding your purchased product. Return it to delivery boy. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery man leave.
